Project Engineer

At SmartRigging, we design and manufacture lightweight composite standing rigging for the international top tier of yacht building. Our products are used on high-end (racing) yachts ranging from 6 to 90 meters — where performance and quality allow no compromise.

For our specialised production division, we are looking for a Project Engineer who combines strong technical expertise with a clear overview.

You will manage projects from A to Z and act as the technical link between sales, production, and purchasing. You translate customer requirements into manufacturable solutions, monitor planning and materials, develop designs (including in SolidWorks), and ensure everything is accurate — from calculations to ERP.

💡 Do you have a minium Bachelor’s (HBO) level of working and thinking, experience in engineering or project coordination, and an affinity with high-end technology or (racing) sailing? Then we would love to get in touch.

💰 Salary: €3,500 – €5,200
