In 2004, SmartRigging was founded by owner, CEO and CTO Rinze-Jan van der Schuit. Since then, SmartRigging has been in the forefront of lightweight yacht rigging with the help of our lightweight cable solutions.

His passion and thrive for sailing did not only make him Dutch, European, and World Champion in catamaran sailing but also drove him to create the best rigging solutions for yachts and sailors.

After working out a unique way of producing, the Endless Winding Robot was produced and is now running in our Dutch facility in the Netherlands!
